My fingers are dead after 9 hrs :skull: but ibispaint x + partynextdoor combo always eatss  ♀ ♀
Materials: Samsung tablet, my fingers, Ibis Paint X, spotify to cope with the suffering
1. Using the Dip Pen (Hard), I lowered the opacity of the pen and began sketching the base of her, which I think is the easiest step out of all of them, since I didn't put much thought into the hands and all her other features. :pensive:

2. I refined the sketch with the Dip Pen more by lowering the opacity and outlining the sketch more. This process was literally so tedious for no reason, but I got through it.

3. Once i was done with the sketch, I added her base colors, which was satisfying, because I used the bucket tool to mostly fill in everything. I was glad I could finally give my fingers some rest. ♀

4. After her base colors, I used the Hard Turnip Pen (Smooth) brush to use as the line art for the drawing. It's another satisfying part imo, probably my favorite part of this whole drawing.

5. I then started the base coloring for her skin by using the bucket tool and filling in small spaces with the Hard Turnip Pen, which was another tedious part that I hatedd. :unamused:

6. I added the shadows in using the Pen (Fade) and the bucket tool to fill in the shadows a little more easily. At first, I didn't like how it turned out, but as I continued to blend and shade it in, I slowly grew to like it.

7. After that, I added the lighting using the Pen (Fade) and the blur tool to refine the skin and make it look more realistic. I also used the blur brush on low opacity to blur the shadows. I think this really helped pop out the drawing and make it look better.

8. I then moved onto the hair and added the base color, which I knew I was going to enjoy lol.

9. After doing that, I added the shadows in and used the Pen (Fade) to shade the other parts of the hair, and I slowly felt that the piece was now coming together.

10. Once I was done, I added the highlights to the hair using the Pen (Fade), which I felt a little iffy about, since I kind of rushed it but I also slowly grew to like the simplicity tbh. :see_no_evil:

11. I moved onto the eyes and mainly used the Pen (Fade) to blend in the eye colors and used the Pen (Fade) to shade the eyes. I then used the blur tool to blur the shading of the eyes, and I think it really helped set the mood for the lighting.

12. After all of that, I alpha locked the layer of the line art and changed the color of the line art, which I think made a nice difference in how it looked.

13. then, after using the bloom filter and noise filter, WE ARE DONE :bangbang:
