The two colored squares at the top are the two signifiers I will be using to chart the two diffrent pains I feel on a regular basis. The Habit tracker is where I will be tracking the medicines that I take and at what time i need to take them.

This is my sleep tracker for the month of March
The supplies I used were :
the exceed dot grid notebook
Tombow mono drawing pens in the sizes 01, 03 and 05
And the tombow dual tip brush pens 755, 676 and 443
