:rainbow: Welcome, and Happy Pride Month :rainbow:
First, thank you—
For taking a moment out of your day to be here.
Whether you’re part of the LGBTQIA+ community or an ally, your presence in this space matters.
Your care matters.
You matter.

🧠 Let’s Talk About Mental Health During Pride
Pride is a time of celebration, identity, and visibility—but it’s also a time of reflection.
Because while we wave flags and embrace our truth, many in the LGBTQIA+ community are still quietly navigating mental health struggles.
From growing up feeling different, to facing rejection, isolation, or fear—these wounds often run deep.
Many of us carry stories of anxiety, depression, or trauma linked to simply trying to exist authentically in a world that hasn’t always welcomed us.
And let’s be clear:
Your struggle is valid.
Your healing is valid.
Your softness is not weakness—it is survival.
It’s okay if this Pride Month feels complex.
If joy feels heavy.
If you’re still finding your voice or your place.
Pride isn’t about perfection.
It’s about choosing yourself—again and again—especially when the world tries to tell you not to.

Take pride in your progress.
Take pride in your boundaries.
Take pride in your presence.
And most of all, know that needing doesn’t make you any less worthy of love, community, or celebration.
:rainbow: Happy Pride Month :rainbow:
Thank you for being here—
Whether you’re out, questioning, proudly loud, quietly healing, or showing up as an ally, your presence matters.
You matter.

:sparkling_heart: Pride Is More Than a Celebration
Pride is a reminder: we exist, we resist, we love, and we belong.
It’s about honoring the strength it takes to live authentically in a world that hasn’t always made space for us.
For some, Pride means parades, glitter, and chosen family.
For others, it’s a quiet moment of self-acceptance, a breath of relief, or the courage to whisper “this is who I am.”
There is no one way to be part of Pride.
There is no timeline for self-discovery.
Whether you’ve just stepped into your truth or have carried it your whole life—this month is for you.

It’s for the past generations who fought to be heard.
It’s for the ones who never got the chance to be seen.
And it’s for you, right now, wherever you are in your journey.
Pride is protest.
Pride is power.
Pride is love.
And you are part of that love.

:star2: So, however you show up this month—be proud. Be gentle. Be free.
You are not “too much.”
You are not “confused.”
You are whole.
And the world is better with you in it. :rainbow:

🫶🏽 Thank you for reading, and for being exactly who you are.

We celebrate you.

You are valid.
You are loved.
And you deserve peace, joy, and safety—not just in June, but always.
