How they got their name:

Caramel was the name the shelter gave her, and we thought it was very fitting; she also already responded well to it.

How did I get the pet:

My family didn’t want to wait too long to get another dog after Harley ed, so we went to the shelter the day after I got back from college. We wanted another older dog since they have lower adoption rates and here we are!
