Hello everyone! It's been some time since I made a blog, so here it is ^w^ I hope this will help all of you regarding these and maybe even use it to your journey, isn't that exciting?

Our topic for today is

:star2: .•°○°•｡.What is A Sigil?. ｡•°○°•. :star2:

It is a small and simple, but powerful form of magick. One of my favorite ways to cast magick actually because of its easy and fast cast time. It's also contains very unique symbol/symbols designed by the caster for a certain purpose, an example are love, protection and healing. They are perfect for beginners and also those who dont have time to cast big or bigger spells.

There are tons of different kinds of sigils to do and create, but I will only be covering the 2 that are the mostly used or designed by us practicioners:

Stationary Sigils

They are Sigils that is suppose to last a long time. They are kept, and used for a long period of time, they are also charged regularly to keep them going. They can be for protection, awareness, happiness, anxiety, love, heightened senses and such.

Activated Sigils

These are Sigils that is suppose to be made to become activated upon creation. These sigils are made and used when the practioner needs something asap, they are mostly applied to spells that require money, wishes, goals to be achieved and etc.

Creating a sigil is very simple and easy. First, think of what you want. In this example, we'll say we are going to design an activated sigil to give you a Goddess like presence to others. Think of how you want to phrase your words and to be direct and in present tense. Personally this is because if you said in future tence it will work in the future and thus not getting the desired result. For example, don't say "I will have the presence of a Goddess." Instead say it differently like "I am the presence of a Goddess."

So, now that we have our phrase, Try to repeat it in your mind as many as you like and freely doodle on a piece of paper, It can take a few tries to get a desired result and also there is no wrong way to make a sigil, it is all up to you!!! The more comfortable you are making them the better! : D

•~☆｡:*¤Charging And Activating¤:*☆~•

Just like there are tons of ways to create a sigil there are just as many to charge, recharge and activate your sigil.

So, what are these exactly and how do you do It?

Charging

When charging a sigil, or well anything magickally tbh, you're basically just infusing it with your or something's magickal energy. Just like you would charge crystals, or pretty much anything you charge in your craft. It gives it that extra fuel for it. To charge a sigil, you can leave it out in the moonlight, sunlight, place a corresponding crystal with your intent on top of it, meditate with the sigil, you can even sit it on your phone while it's with a song to charge your sigil. Regardless of what kind of sigil you are using, it's always best to charge them! This will not only help you but also help the sigil in the process aonits effects would last longer.

Activating

When activating a sigil it is a form of sending it out into our universe. Its basically saying to the universe to give you the oppurtunities you want to achieve through this. Simply activating it means you have to be destroying the sigil. To activate a sigil you can burn it, rip it up into pieces, draw it and erase it, trace it in the air and push it forward, burry it, submerge it into water, cut it to pieces and etc. If your sigil is stationary it's ussually optional for you to destroy them to activate. You can blow on your sigil to activate it with your energy aswell , take it out into the wind, sprinkle moon water on it, and etc. There are many ways to activate sigils and it depends on you how will you do it. ^w^
