Perception is Everything

   It’s my first time in a managerial position. To be honest, I’m quite overwhelmed. But that’s the thing about having others depend on you: it forces you to rise to the occasion. It pushes you to grow. You can’t afford the luxury of complacency. You don’t have the privilege of being like the rest of them. It is your responsibility to reflect and be the bigger person—to BECOME a better person.
