Vertical scar on the right eye. Left eye glows white, unless under stress or angered,the left eye glows green with a mix of yellow, or red, with markings under the eyes, to show possesion or evil.

2 white wolf ears on top of skull, fully functional. Are more fluffy, the farther they are from the skull.

Cracked first right rib. An X-shaped scar on the left arm.

Everything else looks like a typical skeleton.

BackStory:

After a cold war, King Elloy became a victor and ordered that all monsters are caught. At a young age, Sans was caught by the cruel King, and was experimented on. He spent 5 years being experimented on, causing him to lose ability in his right eye and received many injuries. He became close friends with an odd monster who called himself, Goner. One day, Goner escaped the cell and activated a system that overloaded, causing enough damage to let Sans escape. Goner got killed, and melted away, only becoming a faint memory of Sans. Sans went on to finding the location of the Monster kingdom. On his way, he found another version of his mind, Dismal, and being smaller than Sans, Dismal became Dismol. Dismol was the evil personality of Sans, but helped Sans find the Monster kingdom. Sans then went to the royal family, and later on, was adopted by them. He was there for one year, before the determination infused with his soul was too much and gave Paps, his brother, his soul. Paps absorbed it and went to the surface to attack the humans, but was too innocent and failed. When he returned, he crumbled to Dust, unlike Sans, and his bandana was his only remains. Using a bit of Determination, Paps became Skully, using the scarf and dust to himself, while Sans was buried.

Nuetral:

Sans now helps Frisk travel through the Underground, and gives info and tips until the end. He shows himself to say thank you at the end and leaves you be, and the run is finished.

Pacifist:

Same as the Nuetral except Frisk cannot kill anyone.

Genocide:

Sans is no longer helping you, but Dismol takes control of Sans and leads Frisk on a genocide path, and doesn’t appear at all.

Mixed Situation:

After Genocide, the world is erased but Goner, who goes by Monster Bud, saves Sans and Frisk. Being so alone in the void, MB fuses Sans and Frisk together using the Determination in their Souls and creates Alzula, the SM Protector.
