at one point this year was insane.

no matter how much i listened to

it, it was impossible to get enough.

i think the moment proper spring

knocked on the door, i got espe-

cially hooked on the sweetness

and freshness it has. it's a song

that feels as pink as wooseok's

hair in it and i absolutely adore it

despite having a name of a

creature usually connected with

horror, i love how colorful and

funky this actually is. it absolutely

never fails to get me in a good

mood. the fun and catchy chorus,

as well as a bunch of random

little fun elements always sprinkle

a bunch of sparkles and confetti

over me making me happy and

ready to dance along

O3. 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗲𝗻 | 𝘁𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱-𝗱𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱

at first listen this song felt kinda

dissapointing after how good

"drunk-dazed" was. little did i

know it would end up snatching

my entire body and soul with how

energetic and fresh it sounds. it

may feel like a summer bop that

came in late but that never stopped

me from making it one of the top

songs to accompany me through

the gray autumn, giving it a bit

more color

O2. 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗲 | 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲

rarely anymore do i actually fall for

a song at first listen but this one

did it. the moment i heard the guitar

in the beginning i was sold. it has

such a weird combination of vibes

clashing each other that i can't

ever decide if it makes me hyped

or like i should be going through

an emotional crisis. but it works

and it works insanely well

this song carries so much power

its insane. yelling along to the lyrics

with them always feels like a sort

of relief, almost healing even. i love

how at the same time it feels like a

2013 edgy tumblr post but also

somehow fun and uplifting. it's just

an amazing song that i probably

won't get over for a long time

if i may say. it starts off simple

but is incredibly beautiful and

powerful throughout the entire

thing. i love how it picks up more

and more over time, slowly carrying

more and more impact as well.

with different shades of gray and

blue it strikes a strong blow into

the heart and leaves a strong

impression behind even when

finished

i swear this song has some kind

of drug tied into it. the way it got

me obsessed on the first listen.

how the hook always transports

me to a weird universe where i'm

and vibing. it feels chill but in a

fun and funky kind of way. the

beat alone is just so addicting but

his rap adds a whole new layer to

the whole thing

it hasn't even been a full month

since this was released and i

already listened to it too times.

i think every time i had to do

literally anything this was playing

in the background. the best way i

would explain this album is space

disco vibes. mino simply never

fails when it comes to delivering

something new and unique and

this album was exactly that

O4. 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 | 𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆

this is the second year in a row

that a stray kids album got me

overthinking where to put it. as

a whole i didn't exactly enjoy it

as much as some of their other

ones but then on the other hand

there were so many songs that

ended up being some of my

faves this year that i couldn't

give it a low place either. so a

neat little fourth place it is

O3. 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗻𝗴𝘆𝗼𝗼𝗻 | 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲

mino and yoon doing their best

to keep me sane during the

winner hiatus. "page" was esp-

ecially an album i was waiting for

a long time and expected a lot

from and yoon did not fail me. you

can definitely tell he contributes

heavily to winner's music consi-

dering how many similar vibes

could be found in his album yet

there were also a lot of songs

unique to him,, overall not a

single skip

O2. 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘇 | 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁

seungyoun doesn't understand

what bad music means. it's very

rare for me to find albums on

which i like every single song.

perhaps i still wouldn't put every

song from this one on a playlist

but i still enjoy all of them so

damn much. i love the variety of

vibes he always delivers. how

there's always something darker

as well as something more fun

and exciting. something for

everyone to enjoy

this album really took me by

surprise. i started getting a bit

more into onewe's music last

year but it was only two title tracks

that i really enjoyed. i never

expected their music would hit

me as hard as this album hit. like

the power and impact this has is

astronomical. it's such an insanely

beautiful and healing album and

always feels like a warm hand of

comfort during any storm

my guy jinhyuk really made a

whole mv where he's walking 90%

of the time and managed to make

it damn good. but him walking so

much is exactly what made the

mv so enjoyable. it was dynamic,

kept you engaged and was

simply fun to watch. the fancy

museum aesthetic and 10/10

styling was just a cherry on top

that made the whole thing even

better

O4. 𝘁𝘅𝘁 | 𝟬𝘅𝟭 = 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗴

nowadays there's really not that

many music videos that manage

to make me actually feel some-

thing but this one did. it managed

to create a whole spectrum of

emotions that i can't even com-

prehend or explain all of them. it

felt comforting, warm yet at times

it was also cold and maybe even

a bit melancholic. but overall

definitely an incredible and

powerful video

O3. 𝗵𝘆𝘂𝗻𝗮 & 𝗱𝗮𝘄𝗻 | 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗴

this whole video felt like a visual

explosion and i loved every single

second of it. the over the top

styling, all the vibrant colors and

different visuals made me feel

like a little kid that got hypnotised

by all the shapes and colors.

everything about it is just so fun

and despite so much happening

it never felt like too much,, it just

stayed a good time

O2. 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘇 | 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲

i can't quite explain why i love this

music video as much as i do. i

just know i watched it an ungodly

amount of times earning it a spot

at number two. perhaps it was

the flawless styling and how every

next outfit was better than the

one before. perhaps this darker, a

bit mysterious aesthetic. or maybe

it was simply the giant guitar he

danced on. who knows

dpr always make such incredible

videos but this one really just

made me fall in love with the

colors and aesthetic within the

first few seconds. i absolutely

adore how it plays with different

vibrant colors, how many inter-

esting and fun shots it has, the

sort of story behind it. the visuals

were just so captivating that i

constantly kept coming back to it

everglow really decided to hit

with all their might when they

released "first". i feel like this

comeback had a sort of masculine

energy for a girl group release

and i loved it. it felt cool and

slapped hard. the choreography

especially was so strong and

powerful and i'm glad that the

music video decided to focus on

showcasing it cause there was

definitely a lot to show

O4. 𝗶𝘁𝘇𝘆 | 𝗺𝗮𝗳𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

itzy might just be my favorite

group when it comes to choreos

and this knee-destroying one did

not dissapoint either. as always

the dance is dynamic, interesting

and catches your attention

completely when watching it.

despite seemingly being pretty

difficult, i love how it also incor-

porated some simpler moves that

fitted well with the lyrics, beat or

some other little details like

ryujin's iconic laugh

not gonna lie, i was kinda expec-

ting perhaps a more complex

choreography for a lisa solo but

despite being a bit more simple

than expected both "money" and

"lalisa" were so fun to watch that

i instantly fell in love. idk if catchy

could be a good way to explain a

dance but these felt catchy.

"money" especially had some

more attitude imo and a few

more moves that really got me

even more invested in watching

that earned it a place this high

on the list

O2. 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗺𝗶 | 𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹

this choreography is in all shapes

and forms absolutely iconic.

sunmi really said i'm bringing

sexy back and did a perfect job

with doing exactly that. but this

choreo wasn't just sexy - it had

so many different interesting

moves and elements that kept

your full attention. the various

ways they incorporated her

having a tail into the choreo was

especially intriguing and new

i don't even know where to start

with this. this choreo is so sharp,

hard hitting and imaginative and

i loved every single second of it.

effect to fit the title was such a

fun touch and somehow

despite seeing it a bunch of

times before, here it still felt

somehow new and different.

overall such an insanely fun

choreo that i've watched a lil

bit too many times

haven't realized before that the

hook is SO. GOOD. the guitar and

vibe fit so well with the rockstar

lyrics. the whole beat is just

insanely addicting and ash

himself makes it already into a

major bop but the features are

here to add that little dap of paint

that makes it perfect

shuffle must have taken a liking

of this one cause it came up so

damn often, i was never able to

escape it. but i never complained.

it's a song that feels like a drunk

night. the beat really puts you in

this weird happy tipsy mood and

makes you shake your shoulders

along to it. all the rappers also

create such perfect harmony and

each of them bring a breath of

something new to the song

O3. 𝗵𝘂𝗵 | 𝘂𝗵 𝘂𝗵 𝗳𝘁. 𝗸𝗶𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶, 𝗴𝗮𝗲𝗸𝗼

here it is folks. the song that

made me fall completely in love

with heo sunghyun. his tone is

just?? too good??? i can't even

explain it. and then his rapping

style??? also so good?? and then

and then we have this aggressive

beat and vibe and it's all just a

perfect recipe for me to get heart

eyes. it also has kid milli and

gaeko so there's really no way

for it not to be close to perfection.

milli's verse is especially so

damn cool. might just be one

of my faves from him

his energy is so fun and unique

that you can't help not to fall for

him. and when you add justhis

into the pot with his cool and

strong presence, you really can't

miss. this song is catchy as hell,

filled with energy and slaps hard.

obsessed but this one, ugh, it

darker vibe. it's sharp and gritty

and feels like a kick into the

stomach. and i love that. in a

broken kind of way it's a beautiful

song and i simply can't get

enough of it

wonhyuk was probably one of

my faves on hsr4 and this was

such a good release that it was

pretty sad not to see him continue.

he brings such a fun beachy vibe

with this, leaving a bit of that

brazil spark behind. despite the

fresh vibes the beat has, the lyrics

actually convey a sadder kind of

story that he's telling. a mix that

really captures the phrase sad

twerking perfectly

gonna end up bad for my heart.

this whole release was a personal

attack. it felt like a kick, slap,

punch and all of it hit together at

the same time. the point is, it

was great, strong, striking and i

loved it. all of their raps were so

good, the hook catchy and we

got blessed with yuto rapping

Ohhhh I loved this blog and how neat it is! It's sorta inspired me to do something similar but we'll see! I loved you favourites although the k hip-hop ones really stood out to me since we have quite similar taste but I'm not too familiar will all the artist so I'll have to check out some too. I also fell in love with BE'O's and you choices were (insert chef's kiss :kiss: ) I loved reading your blog and awesome job :grin:
