Ultimate Microwave Cinnamon Roll

Have you ever been sitting around on a lazy afternoon and suddenly you get the immense craving for soft, sweet, immensely pleasing treat. But what do? Getting dressed and buy one? No. Not really.

What if I told you, that I got you covered with the ultimate soft, sweet and fluffy microwave mug recipe you will ever get? And it's also easy and made with ingredients, you probably already have at home!

I once saw a recipe for a cinnamon mug cake via tasty/ buzz feed and liked it because compared to most recipes it was an actual cinnamon ROLL and not a mug with a cinnamon swirl in it. But the taste was awful and dry. However, I wouldn't be me, if I didn't try to me one myself.

And finally, after serval tries, I have the perfect recipe!

:coffee: INGREDIENTS & Instructions

For the Roll

5 Tbsp. All purpose flour

1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar

3/4 tbs. Baking powder

1/8 tbs. Salt

:arrow_right: In a small bowl mix the dry ingredients

3 Tbs. Yoghurt ( Greek preferred )

:arrow_right: Add to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. The dough might be a little sticky, but with some flour on your hands you should be able to roll it out to a long flat sausage.

2 Tbsp. Brown sugar

2 tbs. Cinnamon

1 tbs. Oil

:arrow_right: Mix and spread over the dough. Roll the dough up to a nice cinnamon roll.

Spray a microwave save mug with baking spray and place the cinnamon roll inside.

Place it in the Microwave for 90 seconds.

Meanwhile

1 Tbsp. Yoghurt

1 Tbsp. Icing sugar

:arrow_right: Combine to the icing. If you like it thicker, you can add 1 tbs. Soft butter.

Get the roll out of the mug, sprinkle frosting all over and serve.

But be careful. It's probably very hot.
