Thought I’d make this post to help any fellow transmasculine people out!
But, before we get started, here are three (yes, three) consecutive warnings because, believe it or not, this post will contain images of prosthetic penises

First of all, I’ll briefly explain packing and STP devices, before going more in-detail about the different kinds, pros and cons etc.
So, what is packing?
Packing is the act of putting something in your pants to simulate a bulge similar to that of a cis Male. Sounds simple, right?
Its not
Positioning and size are something that many transmasc folk struggle with, myself included, but don’t worry, it will come to you... eventually.
How do you pack?
Packing is relatively simple in of how to do it. You can literally just put a pair of socks in your pants and, boom, bulge city. However, many transmasc people don’t find that to be helpful in alleviating dysphoria, and so turn to purpose-made or (the cheaper) DIY packers to help alleviate dysphoria.
What packer you use and how much to spend depends entirely on your own dysphoria, needs, safety and budget. If your bottom dysphoria isn’t too strong, try out socks or a cheap packer first, if your bottom dysphoria is moderate, go for the mid-priced packers, and if that still doesn’t help alleviate dysphoria and you can afford it/save up for it, go for one of the more expensive but higher quality packers (that often double up as STP devices)
The Mr.Limpy is an excellent example of a cheaper, more accessible packer.

It’s known for being a very good first-time packer, both for quality and price.
So, what about the more expensive packing options? Well, that’s where we get into STP devices.
What is an STP device?
STP devices are used to allow somebody with “”female”” genitalia to pee standing up. The quality, functionality and price for these varies GREATLY, along with how they look, but despite this they all have the same core design.
STP devices, regardless of quality and price, all consist of two things:
A “cup” on one end that goes against your body, this is the end you pee into and a tube or “funnel”, this end is where the pee comes out, as shown by this shitty diagram I made

The cheapest varieties of STP are generally simple in design and, if used in a busy public loo, may stick out like a sore thumb because of the lack of ‘natural’ tones available. They’re generally made of plastic or silicone, but regardless they do the job and are great for practicing STPing to see if it’s right for you. The vast majority of these extremely cheap options are also not suitable for packing.

Now, we’re on to the more expensive, more realistic, and more practical STP’s that also double up as packers!
First up is the EZP by Transthetics. It’s a relatively small STP that doubles up as a packer, it’s compact and decently realistic and in of packing is meant to go “up the pant” rather than down (trying to go down would, over time, warp it and essentially make it useless as an STP as you would not get the “seal” against your body that prevents backflow)

Next up is the Peecock, the brand have many different types of packers and they come in a decent range of shades and sizes. These too are realistic and would in a public bathroom should anyone (for some reason) see it. The cup is also larger than that on the EZP and it’s shaped more to fit the shape of your body, again reducing/eliminating the chances of backflow

And, finally, probably the most expensive packer brand out there:
Reelmagik
Now, these packers/STP’s are EXPENSIVE, and I mean $300+ kind of expensive, however the quality, longevity, aesthetic appeal and functionality arguably make up for the exorbitant price. As I said earlier, this kind of packing/STP device isn’t really recommended for those with less severe bottom dysphoria given the price of it. However, if you have incredibly severe bottom dysphoria and don’t mind forking our the money for this then I say go for it. It is an incredibly high quality packer and if I myself could afford one, I’d buy one in a heartbeat.
Chase (Uppercasechase1) did a video review on the packer he got from Reelmagik that’s available on his channel, so if you want more in-depth information on the packers Reelmagik makes go and find his video. (The same applies for the rest of the packers on this list)

I hope y’all found this to be informative and helpful to some degree!!

Saved this cause it's mega useful, I've been hunting for good reasonable packaging for ages!! :blue_heart: :v: 🏻 :rainbow: Plus it must be test worthy for my boyfriend :revolving_hearts: :revolving_hearts: *wink*
Peecock ;-;**
..My step brother (Sister) has the peacock XD
PROTIP. If you get a "cyberskin" or realskin feeling packer, make sure you are maintaining it by giving it a cornstarch powder bath regularly! It'll help maintain its texture and consistency, otherwise the material does break down with use and time.
Sincerely, a pal with one mutilated looking packer after months of neglect
can we just talk about the name "peecock" for a second
