        As you can see solely from the title of this

         Blog I'll be participating on the country trip

        Challenge , which has sparked alot of my

         Interest ever since it came out and then a

         Lot of other people ing it too, anyways

         Based on the title of this blog you probably

        Have guessed that I am a Filipino by now

        Im taking this opportunity to promote both

        My country and to1 / Jerome as a whole

         Please Stan my boyos and please look at

        My beautiful country more you guys won't

         Be disappointed it looks as good as it is on

        The camera I swear ! Anyways to the blog !

        I chose baguio out of all the provinces in

        The Philippines because I really enjoyed

         The very cold climate here , it's a whole

         City on top of a very high valley and prob

        The coldest place here going from 17-15

        Degrees Celsius , and since Korea has a

        Very cold climate kinda similar to the one

        In baguio I think this city is like the most

         Perfect place to drag him into ! And he can

        Definitely do alot in there too and witness

        Some great views and great festivals if

         We travel on the correct dates and timing

        A staple drink here in the Philippines taho

        Pronounced as ta • ho is something that

        Almost everyone here has grown upto a

        Very classic drink that you'd see here like

        Everywhere , you know it's a taho when the

        Vendor screams taho on the top of their

         Lungs and it attracts little children but first

        Off what is a Taho and why does everyone

        Like taho , it's essentially a soy bean + a

        Very sweet caramelized syrup with some

         Tapioca pearls as toppings it can be serve

        Both hot and cold but I always get hot one

        And ofcourse as you have read the divider

        Baguio has its own version instead of the

        Normal way , they have added strawberries

        On the taho because if you aren't aware

        Since the city has a very cold temperature

        Strawberries and other plants + fruits that

        Only grow on cold places are really very

        Abundant in there so they decided to put a

        Twist and add strawberry on the flavor and

        Honestly it's more bomb than the normal

         One I could see Jerome being obsessed

        With how sweet it is like it's like heaven oh

        My god and it's even served hot on a very

        Cold place what else do you need

        You must be asking me zero , why is there

        A very american name for a park in there

        To be fair this park was made by american

        Engineer Daniel Burnham that's why it's

         Named like it and the whole place scream

        Filipino and it's one of the great place to

        Just sit down and witness the beauty of

        The place , it has around 3000 species of

        Flowers scattered around the park there's

        Also a lake and some swan boats you can

        Rent to waddle around the area which is

        Also relaxing and if that isn't your forte

         There is also a bike renting where you can

        Rent any bike you want and just stroll on

        The proximity of the park , and honestly

         That's probably what Jerome would have

        Wanted we could ride a bike like a whole

         Ass children and then feel the cold air

         Brushing past our faces like it's some kind

        Off Disney movie and like the pine trees in

        There is just honestly so so so beautiful

        Panagbenga festival is something you

         Should never miss out when coming here

        In baguio is often celebrated during may

        And it's English translation is seasons of

        Blooming basically a flower festival there

        Will be a huge parade of caravans and ppl

        Dressed in flowers you can see in the city

        And caravans that has huge imprints of

         The same flowers it's like a week long

         Event, but the most special day is when

         The parades start , you just got to sit in

         The streets one the side while you wait for

        Each beautiful caravans and ppl parading

        And I think there's some street dances &

        Some performances from students on the

        School nearby (I've experienced it when I

        Was like little and I a bit of it)

        And honestly it looks like something that

         Jerome would enjoy seeing he's definitely

        Going to be bragging to his if

         He ever end up seeing this how beautiful

        And colorful the parade was

        As a last activity I decided to pick the

         Infamous strawberry farm here in the

         City , since as a I said Baguio has a very

         Cold temperature it's a very suitable place

        To grow strawberries and there's this farm

        That lets people visit the fields and literally

        Let them pick the strawberries and pick

         Them fresh and keep it I think you need to

        Pay for the berries you pick ( I don't really

        ) but nothing is even better

         Than picking out fresh strawberries that

        Came straight from the fields where it was

        Planted ! And honestly it might be tiring

         But if you think about it you'd end up going

        To eat the very sweet and savory fruit in

        Your way to your home ! And something

        People do last minute before leaving the

         Country / city to go back to your own and

        I don't know if Jerome likes strawberry but

        I bet he would enjoy picking them :D while

        Thinking of the
