all i have to say is that charcuterie boards deserve more hype.
fun to make, fun to look at, fun to share, and fun to eat!

these two charcuterie boards i made last winter
(vegan maple cranberry cream cheese, kale pesto, hummus, crackers, tofurkey deli slices, carrot chips, beet chips, nuts, dried fruits, fresh fruits and veggies)
more recently, I made this roasted tomato and basil hummus with fresh tomatoes and basil from our garden... so of course I had to make a charcuterie board to go with it!

roasted tomato and basil hummus:
• two cans of chickpeas
• tahini
• a whole tray of seasoned and oven roasted tomatoes
• a big handful of fresh basil leaves
• garlic
• nutritional yeast
• salt, pepper, paprika, turmeric
• apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
