Hello everyone I'm gravy and today changes were revealed including better and more thought out events, a special 1 year anniversary event, new hashtags, and new chat rules. But what really caught my eye was member of the month. We have no information on it yet so that gives us chances to speculate.
How is it earned?
We don't know anything about it including how it's earned. I have a few ideas on how it could be earned.
Leaderboards
Leaderboards are a feature that not many people care about. This feature would be a lot more popular if this was the direction their going. What I think is that if this happened it would be judged on who has the most first places on the Leaderboards at the end of the month. It would be a point based system with 1st place on a leaderboard being 3 points 2nd place being 2 points and 3rd getting 1 point.
featured count
This could also be a possibility since it rewards the member of the month for making quality blogs. Though I don't know how they would track that. So unless a member keeps count, I don't think this will happen.
Suck up points (Gravity falls reference lol)
This is incredibly unlikley But I thought it was funny. Whenever someone treats the leaders/curators like kings they get suck up points. Whoever gets the most suck up points is the leader of the month. Like I said I think this is unlikely I don't think the leaders/curators are that selfish XD.
Rewards?
I doubt there will be any rewards. I think the followers or likes are reward enough. But if there are any I think it would be titles or features.
